Return Policy

BeautySage strongly believes in the products that are on our site, therefore we are happy to accept returns on any order within 30 days of receipt. We offer refund to the original credit card used to place the order or issue store credit. Please note shipping costs are not refunded (unless the return is the result of a BeautySage error).

 

Returning an item to BeautySage is easy. Simply:

 

  1. Submit a request to return the merchandise by emailing us as service@beautysage.com.
  2. We will process the return request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). 
  3. On packing slip, include the Return Authorization Number
  4. Once the merchandise has been received, we will notify you once we’ve refunded the original credit card or issue store credit. Please note shipping costs are not refunded (unless the return is the result of a BeautySage error)
  5. Please allow 10-14 business days for this change to be reflected on your credit card.
